About Me

Hello inspired photographer's & designers! My name is Rebecca Budd. I am graduating from Macomb Community College for two Associate Degree's in Media & Communicaton Arts program, photography & design & layout in the 2024 winter semester. I met my loving boyfriend of 3 years on campus also, so Macomb will always have a special place in my heart. My boyfriend and I love to travel and go on as many adventures as we possibly can. My favorite adventure so far was our 2021 U.P. trip. We traveled from the Porcupine Mountains all the way to Sault Saint Marie. I got so many amazing photos while on that trip. I have always had a passion for photography ever since I had graduated high school. I had recieved my very first DSLR camera as my high school graduation gift. At the time I only knew how to use my camera on automatic mode and not maually.....yet. This then started my journey in Macomb's arts program. The more classes I took that were a requirement for my photography degree drew my interest into design. I realized I loved designing when I took my first Illustrator course. Everything about it I loved. I am a perfectionist, so placing my art in a very specific way is satisfying to me. Learning the shortcut keys to make my work easier to pursue helps with my designs tremendously. Not only did I have a passion for designing now, but the more I traveled and brought my camera, the more I grew to love taking nature & landscape photos.
